The topic of "succession" is both significant and challenging for entrepreneurial families. For example, succession processes affect the future of both the company and the children, which requires a high degree of sensitivity. An important question in this context is:

When is parental influence on the children's actions and decisions "okay" and when does it have a negative impact on the child's personal development (and thus possibly put the future of the company at risk)?

As part of the WIFU lecture series "Between Rigour & Relevance" , Dr. Mira Bloemen-Bekx explores this question and shows which "tools" can be used to exert a positive influence.
