Finding young talents with potential & personality to study at UW/H
As UW/H talent scouts, students make an important contribution to determining which prospective students get to know the university better - and who ultimately decides to study at UW/H. By providing authentic insights into everyday student life and exchanging ideas on an equal footing, they help to attract precisely those personalities who are a good fit for UW/H both professionally and personally. They provide first-hand reports, share personal experiences and give prospective students a realistic orientation. In this way, UW/H students actively shape the student community of tomorrow.
Opportunities for participation
UW/H talent scouts are involved in various information formats for prospective students, in which they present the UW/H, the range of courses on offer and everyday student life:
- School visits

Sharing experiences - supporting prospective students in their decision
Reviews on the internet are an important guide for prospective students as to whether a university is attractive to them or not. Honest insights into everyday student life are particularly in demand. However, too many bad reviews lead prospective students to decide against a university in advance.
At the same time, current and diverse reviews strengthen the visibility of UW/H in search engines. They help the university to be found more easily and remain present for prospective students.
