The Parents' University sees itself as an open space in which parents can share knowledge and experiences, ask questions and find answers. Modern parents naturally want the best for their children. They want to know the latest research findings on parenting and a healthy lifestyle and apply these to their everyday lives. They also want to stay in touch with the primal knowledge that we as parents naturally carry within us. You are looking for a balance between the healthy and intuitive experiential knowledge that has given us the wisdom to know what is good for our children for generations and the well-founded scientific findings. Good parenting in love and health can succeed through the combination and practical implementation of these topics. Everything that parents learn should not just be learned for the sake of knowledge, but should be put into practice in their lives with their children. And it must be practical. The lecturer and scientific director Dr. Silke Schwarz is a doctor, a member of the University of Witten-Herdecke and herself the mother of two boys.
Admission costs €120 per person including meals for adults and €15 per person including meals and childcare for children aged 3 and over.
