Personnel development pursues the goal of supporting employees in the efficient and successful completion of their work tasks. Through appropriate measures, personnel development contributes to the achievement of UW/H goals.

The team is available to all employees and managers in matters of personnel development and continuing education. It also advises and supports managers on leadership issues, conflict issues and team measures such as "team development".
