Emergency numbers and consulting contacts

In the event of accidents or other emergency situations, you need to react quickly. To help you take the right measures to rescue people or contain the danger, you can find all emergency numbers here at a glance.

Contact persons for medical, psychological or other counseling in the work or student context are also listed below. At all counseling centers, the information and content of conversations are treated with absolute confidentiality.

Mailbox for anonymous messages

You can also contact the Equality and Diversity Officer anonymously. She/he is obliged to maintain confidentiality. There is a letterbox for anonymous reports outside the office on the top floor of the FEZ (DG.246). A digital reporting system is being planned. Information on this will be posted here as soon as the system is available.

Works Council

In the event of conflicts in a professional context, you can contact the Works Council, which primarily provides advice on problems relating to employment law and other issues arising from the employment relationship. Three members of the Works Council are also available for individual advice on bullying at a protected e-mail address.

Psychological student counseling

Students and doctoral candidates at UW/H have the opportunity to turn to the university's psychological student counseling service in the event of personal difficulties and psychological stress. In addition, A-Coaching, an initiative by students for students, offers counseling appointments for these cases.

Inclusion officer

The UW/H has appointed an Inclusion Officer for the affairs of severely disabled employees. He supports the university in fulfilling its legal obligations with regard to the integration of severely disabled persons and is involved in creating a working environment that is as inclusive and barrier-free as possible for severely disabled employees.
