If you have changed your name, please notify the appropriate institution according to your status at UW/H:

Staff, Temporary, Faculty: Human Resources Department Students: Student Office Faculty members, visiting professors: Dean's Office.

After you have changed your name, your e-mail address will also change. You will receive an e-mail from us with detailed information.

Thus, the old e-mail address is still valid for three months and will then be deactivated without further notice.
