If you have any questions regarding the general enrollment process, please contact the Student Administration team by e-mail at studierendensekretariat@uni-wh.de or by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on +49 2302 926-405.
Deadlines for uploading enrollment documents
| Summer semester | from 01.01. to 28/29.02. |
| Winter semester | from 01.07. to 31.08. |
If you have been accepted for a study place after the specified deadline, the following deadlines apply for uploading the enrollment documents:
| Summer semester | from 28/29.02. within 7 days after the acceptance of the study place |
| Winter semester | from 31.08. within 7 days of acceptance of the study place |

You can find the status of the completeness of your enrollment documents in your document checklist.
Note on certifications
Certifications are only recognized by city administrations (e.g. citizens' offices), courts and notaries as well as churches organized under public law. All other certifications are not recognized. We only accept certified copies, not originals!
Lateral entry, double degree, second semester
If you wish to enter a higher semester, double degree or second semester at the UW/H, please inform us by e-mail, as we will need further documents from you in this case.

| Winter semester | Beginning of September to mid-October |
Once your documents have been fully uploaded to the system and the funding has been clarified, we will enrol you in your degree program and you will receive your new login details and further information sheets by post. If you wish to use the Smart Card and the Germany Semester Ticket, view courses early and register, we recommend that you upload all the necessary enrolment documents to the system as early as possible
