If you have been accepted for a place after the deadline, the following deadlines apply for the submission of enrollment documents:

Delivery
Please send us the enrollment documents by post. It is also possible to hand in the documents in person at the Registrar's Office during opening hours.
Alternatively, you can also hand in the documents at the UW/H:

1. at the Information and Post Office (in the entrance area of the campus on the right-hand side) or
2. drop them in the blue mailbox at the main entrance.

Note on certifications
Certifications are only recognized by city administrations (e.g. citizens' offices), courts and notaries as well as churches organized under public law. All other certifications are not recognized. We only accept certified copies, not originals!

Lateral entry, double degree, second semester
If you wish to enter a higher semester, double degree or second semester at the UW/H, please inform us by e-mail, as we will need further documents from you in this case.

Enrollment periods

Once we have received all your documents and clarified the financing, we will enrol you in your degree program and you will receive your new access data and further information sheets by post. If you would like to use the Smart Card and the Germany Semester Ticket as well as view and register for courses early, we recommend that you submit all the necessary enrolment documents as early as possible.
