Smartcards for first-year students enrolled for the winter semester 2026/27 are now available for collection at the Hochschulwerk office, Room E126, in Building Section G of the Old Building, during our opening hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Smartcards for doctoral students are not issued automatically. Doctoral students must request their Smartcard from the BIT (bit-support@spam protectuni-wh.de).

We reserve the right to make changes to the menu at short notice for operational reasons and ask for your understanding.
