Smartcard distribution for first-semester students will take place on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, starting at 9:30 a.m. in the main hall of the main building, Alfred-Herrhausen-Str. 50.

Students who are unable to attend on this day can pick up their smartcards on the following days at the Student Services Office, Room E 126, also in the main building, during the following hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
