Dear employees,
We are pleased to announce the new "Continuing Education Program 2023" today!
We have developed the program on the basis of the evaluation of your reported training requests. This year, we are offering 40 seminars in various subject areas, plus integrated offerings on "university didactics". You will find a mixture of face-to-face and online seminars: In addition to topics such as "Moving Pause", "OneNote", "Foundations of Academic Writing", "Agile Methods", offers on "Sustainability" and on "Equality and Diversity", you will find the workshop "University and Examination Law", the "2nd UW/H Assistant Conference", "Yoga online" and much more. Take a look!
The UW/H intranet under "Work > Continuing Education Program" lists the detailed contents as well as the dates of the individual seminars.
You can register there directly via the link on the respective announcement page, after prior consultation with your supervisor. Stefanie Krischnak from Human Resources Development will inform you whether you have received a seminar place and can participate. If you are interested in a topic, please register even if a date has not yet been set. As soon as we have received enough official registrations, we will set a concrete date or coordinate it with the interested parties and inform you. Please also contact us if you are interested in a seminar but cannot make the date we have planned. We will try to find a solution!
All seminars take place during working hours. Part-time employees who attend courses outside of their working hours will be granted compensatory time off.
In designing the program, we have aimed to cover as much of your reported needs as possible. We ask for your understanding if we were unable to take individual needs into account.
The continuing education program is the result of close cooperation between the HR department, the Works Council and Professional Campus. We hope to be able to offer you an attractive range of continuing education courses, which we are constantly adapting and developing to meet current needs. We are also dependent on your assistance in this regard and would like to receive your feedback on the range of seminars on offer, the quality of the seminars and your requests for further training - also during the year. Please feel free to contact Human Resources Development directly (Stefanie Krischnak, personalentwicklung@ uni-wh.de, Tel. -450)!
Yours sincerely
for the AG-Continuing Education
