Here we go! The Sustainable City Scavenger Hunt: A Look Behind the Scenes

Whether you’re new to Witten or not, the sustainable city scavenger hunt connects students with the founders of local businesses and organizations, introducing them to the founders’ stories and visions. This way, they get to know a part of Witten on a very personal level.

A vibrant scene for sustainable entrepreneurship is growing in Witten. Students at UW/H are also actively contributing to urban development through innovative projects and business models. To highlight these and other inspiring places, UW/H, in collaboration with the City of Witten, has developed the guide “Sustainable Living in Witten.” The second updated edition was published in October 2026.

Meeting point: Ruhrstraße 1, 58455 Witten.

Registration is online. Participation is free of charge.
