Bring in structure, encourage participation, achieve results: In this interactive workshop, volunteer citizens and students learn how to lead association and group meetings in a confident, respectful and targeted manner. Lecturer Fabian Guzzo teaches basic moderation techniques and introduces numerous methods - with space to try out and develop your own moderation style.

The event is offered in cooperation with the VHS Witten | Wetter | Herdecke and is sponsored by the Werner Richard - Dr. Carl Dörken Foundation. Participation is free of charge.
