All first semester students are cordially invited to the Witten/Herdecke University Audimax to kick off the semester. After the welcome by the Presidential Board and the Board of Directors of the WittenLab. Zukunftslabor Studium fundamentale, the traditional Market of Opportunities will take place in the Great Hall.

At the stand of the WittenLab. Zukunftslabor Studium fundamentale stand, you can find out about the courses offered by the Stufus and ask questions about the courses and the registration deadlines and procedures. If you do not yet have access to the UWE portal to register for the Studium fundamentale seminars, the team at the Stufu stand (Ersti-Hilfe) will be happy to help.

In addition, there are numerous opportunities at our university to get involved beyond your own subject. The Initiativlabor provides an overview of these opportunities. But above all, the individual stands of the student initiatives provide an insight into the diverse initiative work at the UW/H. They welcome your interest and your questions.

The start of the semester is also a first opportunity to get to know students from your own subject and other degree programs.
