This workshop teaches the basics of project management for volunteer practice and addresses issues that typically arise when planning and implementing volunteer projects. For example:
- How do I get from the idea to project planning?
- What all needs to be taken into account during the planning stage and how do funding bodies look at funding applications?
- How can I successfully implement projects in a team and how can I actively involve my target group in the project concept and implementation?
- How can I acquire the necessary resources for my project and how can I best ensure the success of my project?
- And finally, what do I do if problems arise in the project?
To facilitate the planning and implementation of projects, participants will also have the opportunity to get to know and try out helpful tools such as a project canvas, a team charter and a Kanban board.
The workshop will be led by Miriam Venn (Caritas).
