Time
Location Online
Organizer Career Service
Note nur für Studierende

From A for semester abroad to S for inability to study to Z for additional studies. Every student and young professional makes financial decisions. This lecture is about students' individual financial roadmaps and the art of optimally allocating a tight budget according to existential risks through to secondary risks. After the lecture, every student will be able to separate sensible from senseless financial decisions.

The following questions will be discussed, among others:

  • What are existential risks and what are not existential risks?
  • Can I choose my own health insurance company and which health insurance company is the best?
  • Statutory or private health insurance?
  • Do I need cover against incapacity to study/work?
  • What should I consider when taking out insurance?
  • Building up assets for students. Does this work with small amounts?
  • Help! Why do I need my own personal liability insurance for my Master's degree? I think I'm insured through my parents?
