Dear employees,
as is almost customary by now, we are again offering you the opportunity to be vaccinated against influenza at the UW/H campus free of charge this fall.
Flu vaccination in the university outpatient clinic
The flu vaccination for employees at the main campus, FEZ, ZBZ and Pferdebachstraße is provided by the University Outpatient Clinic. The team will start flu vaccinations on October 18. Slots are blocked for UW/H employees every Tuesday and Thursday between 10 a.m. and noon. Simply call the University Outpatient Clinic to schedule your vaccination appointment for one of these slots: 02302 926-38001.
If you are visiting the Uniambulanz for vaccination for the first time, please bring the privacy form printed and signed to the appointment if possible. Also, please be sure to remember your health insurance card.
Flu vaccination by our company physician
The vaccination at Stockumer Straße will take place on 12.10.2022 and 26.10.2022 in the morning. In order to organize the process in the best possible way and to keep waiting times as short as possible, we would ask you to contact Ms. Wittmers(karen.wittmers@uni-wh.de) in advance for an appointment for the vaccination.
For vaccination at IFOM, please make an individual appointment with Mr. Castillo(betriebsarzt@uni-wh.de).
