Are you studying at UW/H and have a disability, chronic physical or mental illness, are you neurodivergent, or can you relate to any of the following topics?
- You have a disability.
- You have a chronic physical illness (e.g., migraine, diabetes, rheumatism, endometriosis, etc.).
- You have a mental illness (e.g., depression, addiction, eating disorder, PTSD, etc.).
- You are neurodivergent (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Tourette's, etc.).
- You are looking for a safe space for exchange and mutual support.
Then you are cordially invited to visit the exchange room.
The exchange room is an open, encouraging space for all students. You are completely free to bring up your questions and concerns and decide for yourself what you want to share and what you don't. For all first-year students, it is also a great opportunity to get valuable tips and easily make contact with students from higher semesters.
To ensure that this space remains a safe space for everyone, we ask that the presence of participants and the content shared be treated confidentially. Nothing from the exchange room may be disclosed to outsiders without first obtaining the express permission of the person concerned.
The event will be held in English and German.
