On May 17, UW/H once again opened its doors to all prospective students and their companions. Over 1,000 visitors ensured a lively atmosphere on campus and made the day a complete success.

Almost 160 students and staff worked hard to show visitors the family atmosphere, close and personal support and short distances at UW/H as part of this major event. With great commitment, they made the day lively and inviting - and made the "Witten spirit" tangible for everyone.

Lecturers and students presented the university's diverse degree programs in numerous personal discussions, trial seminars, practical exercises and informative lectures. The StudierendenGesellschaft provided comprehensive information on the subject of student finance, while the cafeteria and Larix team catered for the physical well-being of the guests.

The campus tours were particularly popular: A total of 13 groups were given a lively insight into university life and everyday life at UW/H.
