The Research Data Management (RDM) department is being established at the UW/H. RDM comprises all methods and procedures that ensure that research data can be used in the long term: from generation, processing and enrichment to publication and archiving.
Annette Strauch-Davey has been working as a research assistant in the RDM department since November 2024 and supports all researchers, academic staff and, in particular, junior researchers at UW/H in handling research data. She is currently gaining an overview of the university's research topics and learning more about the needs of researchers in the context of their tasks. She answers questions on the handling of research data, e.g. on administration and cooperative use, legal issues or publication.
