Volunteer projects are often a team effort. In this workshop, we’ll explore how to make teamwork successful. How can the project team work together most effectively, and how can any conflicts that arise within the team be resolved constructively?

The workshop will cover the basics of teamwork and team development, as well as team leadership. Participants will try out methods for collaborative brainstorming and decision-making. Communication strategies and emotional management techniques will help prevent conflicts from escalating. Finally, suggestions for conflict resolution within teams will be provided.
