In this workshop, participants will learn how to organize their qualitative research data according to the FAIR principles. In addition to the theory of the FAIR principles with special consideration of the challenges of qualitative research, alternative ways (e.g. through codebooks) for particularly sensitive data will also be shown. The core of the workshop is a practical part in which the participants are given the opportunity to prepare a data set themselves. No prior knowledge is required for this workshop.

The presentation language is German. No other prior knowledge is necessary.

The event is organized by UA Ruhr and is primarily aimed at members of the three universities (Ruhr University Bochum, Technical University of Dortmund, and University of Duisburg-Essen) and their associated institutions. Interested parties from UW/H are also welcome to attend.
