The "RMI Day of Management 2025" is dedicated to the question of whether problems in business and society are increasingly no longer being solved cooperatively, but instead a confrontational approach is being taken. From behaviour in the workplace to global politics, this topic is currently relevant. Those who bear responsibility and want to fulfil it are faced with the challenge of steering conflicts and tensions into constructive channels.
In her keynote speech, Prof Dr Daniela Schwarzer from the Bertelsmann Stiftung Executive Board will place various aspects of this topic in a broader picture of political and economic developments. Further input on the topic will come from the researchers of the RMI team, among others, who will contribute to the discussion from the perspective of management and organisational research on cooperation. In addition, guest topics will be taken up and discussed interactively in the "Open RMI Circles".
