Convince the interviewer of your own personality and qualifications through an authentic and effective presentation. Learn about the process of a job interview and find out what really matters.

As a speaker the Dipl.-Kfm. and career coach Torsten Kentel, leading specialist for academics of the Buddenbrock entrepreneurial group, will be present.

Goals are:

• to go professionally prepared into the next job interview.
• to impart background knowledge: What do interviewers pay special attention to?
• to be able to master difficult job application questions.
• to have a confident and coherent self-presentation in the job interview.
• Training and simulation of individual interview sequences (small talk, introduction of the company, self-presentation, questions about job requirements, meaningful questions and the exit).
• Stress question "salary".
• Feedback by the trainer and gain confidence for further interviews.
