Dear University Community,
we are very happy to announce that after more than two years it is finally time again: on August 26th & 27th the 24th Congress for Family Businesses will take place at our university, this time for the first time in summer.
This year the congress will take place exclusively in the new building of the university, so there will be no restrictions in the campus building number 50 on both days.
There will be the following restrictions on the use of the new building:
Starting Monday, Aug. 22, we will begin our preparations on the first floor of the new building.
From Wednesday, 24.08., the SmartCard accesses for the entrances to the new building will be deactivated. Of course, you will still be able to enter the building on Aug. 24 and 25. For example, if you are working in the new building on those days, we recommend using the side entrance to the library.
On Friday, Aug. 26, the main entrance to the new building will be the main entrance to the congress. We would therefore be very grateful if you could use the side entrance to the library on that day as well.
We hope to minimize the disruption to you as much as possible. If it is possible for you to work from your home office on these days, this would certainly be advisable.

Dear students and staff
due to a last-minute change in the logistical preparations and implementation of the 24th Congress for Family Businesses, the library will be closed from Wednesday, August 24 to Friday, August 26.
The reading room will still be available during this time, but can only be accessed by smartcard via the side entrance in the basement (next to the reading room).
