Every year, Trendence surveys 100,000 pupils, students and professionals across Germany on current trends and developments in careers and job entry.

Better work-life balance, fair pay or more sustainability? With your vote, you show employers what a modern working world should look like. By answering the questionnaire, you can influence tomorrow's developments today.

The categories also include, for example, evaluation of your own university, recommendation of your own university, student values, their communication and information channels, future plans, career entry planning, etc.

Participants do not have to enter any personal data in order to complete the study or to see the career check at the end. The purpose of the questionnaire is the anonymized statistical evaluation of the professional and career ideas of young talents. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to answer the questions.

Participation is possible until February 2, 2025.
