We are in a time of great challenges. The climate crisis, wars, species extinction, economic upheaval and social injustice threaten our survival. You may feel powerless, overwhelmed by pain, or feel like you're not making enough of a difference. You are not alone in this.

The Hope Through Action seminar is based on Joanna Macy's Deep Ecology (also known as "The work that reconnects" or "Active Hope"). It shows us how to strengthen our ability to face the crises with unexpected resilience and creative power.

The seminar consists of many practical exercises, intensive discussions as well as content-related impulses. You will get to know different tools with which you can accept and transform the inner and outer chaos in order to work for a regenerative society full of strength and confidence.

Attendance is free, discretionary donations are requested. Please bring vegan finger food to share with everyone so we can have a leisurely lunch break together. The seminar will take place at the premises of Witten/Herdecke University (Alfred-Herrhausen-Straße 50 in 58455 Witten).
