Companies are facing enormous changes: New forms of work, changing values and self-organization are challenging managers. But how do managers succeed in a time when hierarchies are giving way and co-creativity, error culture and personal responsibility are crucial? How do they deal with the demands of company management when these do not match the expectations of the next generation in terms of collaboration? Do they find it a dilemma to meet the demands of management and at the same time take into account the expectations of younger employees?
Our (learning) expedition "Future of Work & Leadership" is an inspiring expedition into exemplary corporate and leadership cultures. Inspired by alumnus Otto Scharmer, we will use tools and methods from the Presencing Institute (MIT, Boston) to explore new ways of working together. Together we will enter into a dialog with thought leaders and reflect on which impulses are relevant for our own practice.

- Phase 2: 30.06.25 touch point in presence Cologne/Düsseldorf area (company visit and reflection)
- Phase 3: 03.07.25 online touch point (transfer and integration)
Leader:
Anette Stein-Hanusch: Psychologist and experienced management consultant. With over 25 years of experience, she supports people in organizations in the areas of leadership and cooperation.
Helga Brüggemann: Systemic consultant with 10 years of internal and 20 years of external experience. She supports people in organizations in the areas of leadership and collaboration.
