How do I eat? What food is good for me? What tastes particularly delicious? And above all, how can we achieve a transformation to a sustainable diet that is healthy for people and the planet? The "Feldversuch" cooperation project is creating an experimental field for the food transition on the campus of Witten/Herdecke University and in the adjacent Pferdebachtal valley. The project will combine organic regional agriculture with health promotion and sustainable communal catering, which will be put into practice and researched.
During the field trial action week from April 23 to 25, students and employees can experience the project on campus and contribute their questions and ideas. How do we want to shape the food transition together here on campus and in the neighboring Pferdebachtal? What does an ideal lunch break look like?
