ChatGPT, Bard, Midjourney, and co. have held the world in thrall since the beginning of the year. They are shifting our perception of the role of humans in our society and opening a new chapter in the history of human-machine interaction. Universities, in particular, need help with meaning in teaching and learning. If AI knows and can do everything, what is the point of studying and what at all? And do you know how at all? These questions will be addressed on the Day of Teaching 2023 at Witten/Herdecke University.

Anja C. Wagner (B(u)ildung 4.0: Wissen in Zeiten technologischer Reproduzierbarkeit Berufen statt zertifiziert: New Learning, New Opportunities) will give input and in workshops, poster and plenary sessions we will jointly explore questions about AI and the university.
