Dear employees,
We are pleased to publish the "2024 training program" today and make it known to you!
We have developed the program based on the evaluation of your registered training requests. This year, we are offering you around 40 seminars in 13 different subject areas, plus the integrated offer of "University Didactics at UW/H" and an offer from the "Studium Fundamentale". You will find a mixture of face-to-face and online seminars: In addition to topics such as "Linked In", "ChatGPT", an e-learning course "Fundamentals of academic communication", offers on "Sustainability" and "Equality and diversity", you will find the "Experience seminar: success with personality", the workshop "Help, how do I react now? - Challenging (consulting) conversations", "Project management", "MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction)" and much more. Take a look inside!
The detailed content and dates of the individual seminars are listed on the UW/H intranet under "Work > Continuing education program".
You can register there directly via the link on the respective announcement page, after prior consultation with your line manager. Stefanie Krischnak and Evgenia Link from HR Development will inform you whether you have been allocated a place on a seminar and can take part. If you are interested in a topic, please be sure to register even if no date has yet been set. As soon as we have received enough official registrations, we will set a specific date or coordinate it with the interested parties and inform you. Please also contact us if you are interested in a seminar but cannot make the date we have planned possible. We will try to find a solution!
All seminars take place during working hours. Part-time employees who take part in the courses outside their working hours will be granted time off in lieu.
In designing the program, we have aimed to cover as many of your registered needs as possible. We ask for your understanding if we have not been able to take individual needs into account.
The training program is the result of close cooperation between the HR department, the Works Council and the Professional Campus. We hope to be able to offer you an attractive range of further training courses, which we will constantly adapt to current needs and develop further. We are also dependent on your help here and would like to receive feedback on the range of seminars, seminar quality and training requests - even during the year. Please feel free to contact Human Resources Development directly: Stefanie Krischnak (extension -450) and Evgenia Link (extension -453), e-mail: personalentwicklung@ uni-wh.de)!
Yours sincerely
for the AG-Weiterbildung
